We have received several calls and had several visitors tell us we needed to show our animals.  After much debate, we decided to attend our first show.  As a college student, I do not have a lot of extra time.  However, we had the opportunity to show at an ABGA show in Hope, AR.  The two day show had a great turn out and we were proud to be a part of it.  It turned out to be a great learning experience and we plan on attending more shows in the future.  God is continuing to bless our farm.  Our first time out, our herd sire RRD P469, a son of **ENNOBLED** Magnum and grandson of **ENNOBLED** Eggsfile, won reserve grand champion.  We were very pleased.  We would like to express our thanks to Mark Berry for his assistance fitting and showing RRD P469. Since our first show in Hope, Arkansas, we have began showing about 3 to 5 times a year.  We have begun doing very well and our quality continues to get better with each breeding season.  We hope to see you in the show ring in the near future.

We are very proud of the kids that RRD P469 is producing.  We sold one of his daughters at the show in Hope, AR.  She is the doe kid to the right in the picture below.

     

Since the ABGA sanctioned show in Hope, AR, the doe kid to the right in the picture above has been doing very well for her new owner.  The doe kid's name is Foxy and Kate Berry of Glenwood, AR.  has had great success in the show ring with her.  We would like to congratulate Kate and we hope her success continues.  Below are some pictures of Kate and Foxy.

                

The picture on the left is of Kate and Foxy at the ABGA sactioned show in Harrison, AR. September 2004.  Foxy placed 2nd in a class of 30 and won Reserve Grand Champion Junior Doe.  The picture on the right is of Kate and Foxy at the Pike County Fair where Foxy won Overall Boer Doe in 2004.
